Originally built in 1904 as US Army Cavalry barracks, and later converted to an outpatient VA Clinic in 1946, the building was abandoned in 1989 and sat vacant for several decades, with no power, water, or HVAC.
In June 2020, work began to rehabilitate the building into the new Plank Museum & Visitor Center as part of the Historic Fort Snelling Revitalization Project. This included interior demolition and hazardous material abatement, and the rehabilitation of historic wood floors and windows. New walls went up, new stair structures were built, and existing plaster walls and ceilings were repaired.

- Summary of the evolution of DMX as an industry Standard
- Discuss how DMX may be applied in commercial applications.
- Describe how DMX Functions

He has worked the phones as tech support and moved through the ranks to manager the Controls Support group for Acuity Brands. He then decided to move over to the product side of the business and worked as Product Support Manager helping support the product groups and engineers to get product launched, specs sheets created, and documentation out to the masses.
